In most cases, washing every 10–15 wears is enough, or whenever you notice product buildup or loss of movement.

• Detangle gently from ends upward using a wide-tooth comb.
• Wash in lukewarm water with a sulfate-free shampoo.
• Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, avoiding heavy product near the lace.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry on a stand.

No. For longevity and comfort, we recommend removing the Hairline Topper before sleeping, swimming, or heavy water activities.

Yes. All orders are shipped worldwide directly from Avy Hair’s distribution facilities to your destination country.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, as long as the topper is unused, uncut, and in its original condition and packaging. Custom or altered items are not returnable.

Yes. In addition to our signature 10.5" × 1.75" hairline size—which fits the needs of most women—we also offer fully customized Hairline Toppers for special requirements such as wider temples, higher hairline coverage, or unique lace shapes.
