All Hairline Topper orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by Avy Hair. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times may vary by destination and courier service:
- United States / Canada / UK / Australia: 4–7 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Asia / Middle East / Others: 7–12 business days

Import duties, VAT or customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Return Policy (7 Days)
If your item is not suitable, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and quality reasons, returned items must remain in original, unused condition.
Eligible for Return
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Have the lace uncut and untrimmed.
- Be free from makeup, oils, sweat, perfume or styling products.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn, tried-on, washed, styled or altered items.
- Products with lace cut, trimmed or showing any signs of handling.
- Items with odors, residue or visible wear.
- Custom-made or custom-color orders.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid labels are not provided. HairlineTopper.com is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
- Inspection and processing typically take 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items returned untouched and uncut may be processed faster.
